The New Pipe Organ in St. Peter's Formby

On Sunday February 24th 2002 the new pipe organ in St. Peter's Church was dedicated by the Vicar, Revd. Paul Ormrod.

The organ was built by Principal Pipe Organs of York (Geoffrey Coffin). The Consultant was Ian Bell who also designed the case.

The instrument has 21 stops and mechanical key action.

The Inaugural Recital was given by Professor Ian Tracey, Organist of Liverpool Cathedral.
