The music you are listening to was written for a musical clock by the great Austrian composer Joseph Haydn.
A musical clock is a very small pipe organ fitted inside a clock case. It plays tunes on the hour. In the old musical clocks the pipes were played by pins fixed to the surface of a slowly rotating barrel driven by the clock spring that also worked the air supply to the pipes.
This piece is being played on a modern musical clock driven by a computer but nevertheless playing real organ pipes.
